I contacted the company and got good customer service. I couldn’t use my Visa gift card because it wouldn’t accept the 16 digit card number. I got the package before Christmas-there was no delay in shipping. My son wanted the riot shield for airsoft game. It works very well to keep the pellets away. I would order from ArmyNavyUSA again.
