Boots were awesome, customer service bad	February 26, 2022

The boots I ordered for my husband took nearly 2 months to get, this company was non responsive to emails. Their Facebook page has many customers complaining of the same thing.
The 2nd email I sent said I was going to dispute the charge for not receiving goods I paid for and no response from the seller, the next day I got an email that my boots were shipped, even then The tracking information they supplied me kept saying that the label was created but still had not been picked up for shipment. But I did receive them about a week and a half later. I probably will not do business with them again mainly because they did not communicate with me at all.
If they had just kept in touch, said we are shorthanded sorry it is taking a while for us to ship them to you, anything and I would have been OK with it but no communication at all for me is a dealbreaker.
