These came individually serialized. I bought four, and three of them were ordinally numbered behind the other. When a manufacturer serializes each item, you know they take pride in their product. I like these so much, I'm going to order the 24 inch versions. I own two ASP batons and some cheap china made batons. The Rothco compares well with the ASP, which costs four times as much. From handling three different brands, the china made baton is nowhere near the workmanship of the Rothco or ASP. Without rigorous testing, Rothco for the initial win based on handling and presentation.
Also, buying from this vendor is a breeze.
