The customer service at army navy USA is outstanding and gets 5 stars, as does their prompt delivery time (and during the holiday, no less!). The duffel / backpack hybrid bag is roomy and looks both awesome and durable - just like the photos online.   Since we haven’t used the actual bag yet, I am only giving the bag 4  because I’ll need to see how it holds up to actual airport travel (though I suspect it should hold up).  Should it fair fine, I will bump my rating up to five stars.
