This is a good solid pouch with Velcro closure for carrying items such as collapsible batons or long, skinny flashlights. My only criticism is that it is designed solely for use with MOLLE equipment; attaching it to a standard civilian LEO 2.25 duty belt required more ingenuity than should be necessary.

Being able to easily and firmly attach it to either a standard 2.25 duty belt or a MOLLE vest should not be darn near mutually exclusive.
