I ordered a Marine Corps watch for my husband but needed information about the wrist size.  Ron called the company and inquired about the size of the band and called me back with the info.  In addition he requested a few extra links in case the band was a bit too tight and ensured they were packaged with the watch.  Ron went above and beyond what is expected and I really appreciate it.  I will definitely be shopping at ArmyNavyUSA again.  They had the best price and I know they have the best customer service!
